Road changes to be made after pedestrian knocked down on zebra crossing



Work will be carried out to make a road safer after a pedestrian was hit by a car on a zebra crossing.
The crash in Victoria Road, Netherfield, happened on Friday evening and now Nottinghamshire County Council has said safety improvements will be made.

Work on making the crossings in the area safer was already planned following previous reports of incidents.
Unfortunately for the victim of Friday's crash, who was not hurt, it has not been carried out yet.
