Richard Scudamore lands £6m jackpot after helping to secure three-year TV rights deal for Premier League



Richard Scudamore, the Premier League executive chairman, is understood to have received a £6million bonus for his work in securing the £8.3billion, three-year TV rights bonanza that started this season. 
The figure was decided by the Premier League's remuneration committee and will run over the length of the contract at a rate of £2m a year. 
Added to his annual PL salary of around £1m, this will make Scudamore the highest-paid administrator in English football alongside Manchester United's Ed Woodward and Arsenal's Ivan Gazidis.
