Rhyl couple use wedding savings to save kitten's life

A couple have spent their wedding savings to try to save their kitten after he was run over by a car and may have his tail and leg amputated.
Mike Walker and Michelle Blakely from Pen y Maes, Rhyl were planning to marry next year until their seven-month-old kitten, Matisse was found injured last Sunday morning.
The couple, who are both 31, found the injured animal by their back door and are now doing all they can to save his life.
Mr Walker, who works for Denbigh County Council , said it was worth spending the cash on the pet.
