Revealed: The homemade 'stinger' devices being left on North Wales roads

Homemade 'stinger' devices are being left on roads in North Wales.
Several have been discovered in recent months in the Glan Conwy area, and community leaders fear someone is likely to be killed if it continues.
The devices are crude contraptions that involve nails being stuck into blocks of wood, or pieces of twisted metal with screws sticking out of them. Proper stinger devices are used by police in order to stop vehicles in police pursuits, but the ones being found around Maes Hyryd and Top Llan Road are the work of local vandals.
