Revealed: Just how hygienic are these 100 Derby takeaways and restaurants?
 

Each month, Derby City Council visits restaurants, bars pubs, cafes, food stores and takeaways to assess the quality of their food hygiene. After the meticulous checks are carried out, businesses are handed a hygiene rating between zero and five.
Here's how the latest inspections panned out:
July
