Reunion to mark 43rd anniversary of Peter Dixon Paper Mill closure



FORMER workers at Grimsby's Peter Dixon Paper Mill are preparing a reunion that will mark the 43rd anniversary of the famous mill's closure.
The reunion is set to take place on Saturday, October 22, at 7pm in the New Standard Social Club, and will offer the chance for former mill employees to get together and reminisce on memories of a beloved workplace.
Jane Hyldon-King, 65, who has been organising the reunions for the last few years with her husband Paul King, has fond memories of not only working in the mill, but the whole community of West Marsh where it was based.
