Retiring GP to be missed
 

AFTER 34 years of treating patients in Saddleworth and Mossley, a popular GP was preparing to hang up her stethoscope for the final time today.
Dr Catherine Campbell, a partner GP at Pennine Medical Centre, says it has been a pleasure to work there as she retires from her role.
Dr Campbell, from Greenfield, said: "I am looking forward to my retirement but I have fully enjoyed my time as a GP.
"I've got to know some of my patients quite well and it has been a pleasure to treat them over the years. I've been able to see families grow with some patients from the start of my career... read more
