Residents told 'don't panic' as chemical spill drill planned for ABP Hull ports



People are being warned not to panic when they see emergency services racing to tackle a "chemical spill" at Hull's ports this week.
Associated British Ports (ABP) is carrying out two emergency exercises simultaneously across its bases in Yorkshire and the Humber on Thursday.
In Hull, the group will be putting on the fake spill at their port estate - complete with staff posing as "casualties", emergency service vehicles and water in place of the chemicals.
