Residents react in shock to out of control Mercedes crashing into a terraced house in Stoke



TENANT Geoff Venables faces having to stay with friends for months - after a car crashed into his rented house.
The 34-year-old received a call at work to say a blue Mercedes had ploughed through his front wall and hit the front of the house.
Two people in the vehicle escaped unhurt from the Stoke crash - as well as two lizards inside the house.
Now utility firms are assessing the property to check for any damage to the Birks Streeet home.
It is understood the driver was attempting to park when the crash happened at 12.30pm yesterday.
