Rangers face a potential court battle over a disputed unpaid bill.
Singaporean firm Orlit Enterprises raised an action at Glasgow Sheriff Court in 2013 after claiming they were due payments amounting to £400,000.
Rangers wrote the matter off as “insignificant” at the time, despite the lurking threat of a winding up order potentially being sought against Rangers Football Club Ltd.
A fresh writ was drawn up by Orlit this August, which resulted in a preliminary hearing in front of a Glasgow sheriff yesterday.
