Rangers are better off without Joey Barton, says Ibrox legend Ian Durrant 



Ibrox legend Ian Durrant insists the Rangers team are better off without Joey Barton, and have a more balanced midfield with Andy Halliday taking his place.
Barton is currently serving a suspension following a bust-up with Halliday and boss Mark Warburton in the wake of the 5-1 defeat to Celtic.
Former player and coach Durrant, regarded by many as the best midfielder ever to wear the Rangers jersey, says his old club haven’t missed the Englishman – as a character or as a footballer.
