Rafael Nadal fails to commit to ATP World Tour Finals after second-round exit to Viktor Troicki in Shanghai 



Rafael Nadal admits he is uncertain whether he will play at next month's ATP World Tour Finals in London after crashing out in his opening match at the Shanghai Rolex Masters.
Fourth seed Nadal is heading home to Mallorca earlier than expected after he lost 6-3, 7-6 (3) to Serbian Viktor Troicki in the second round on Wednesday.
Although Nadal has not yet officially qualified for the elite end-of-season event at the O2 Arena, it would take quite an effort from the chasing pack to deny the Spaniard a place.
