Rafael Nadal battled through in three sets to beat Pablo Cuevas in the third round of the Paris Masters, booking his place in the quarter-finals.
The Spaniard caused a stir late on when his trainer came on to check the strapping on his right knee.
However, the 31-year-old has insisted it was not serious and dismissed claims it will force him out of the tournament or the upcoming ATP World Finals in London.
