Radford shopkeeper done for selling illegal cigarettes - again

A dad must do 80 hours of unpaid work after illicit cigarettes were found on sale for the second time in his Radford shop.
And Amara Mahmood told his solicitor: "If I ever sell one more illegal cigarette, lock me up for 100 years."
The court heard that trading standards officers and police visited his Mini Market on Radford Road on May 31. Mahmood was not present, but three shop assistants were.
A small sales area was found behind the main shop. Cigarettes were found there, more were hidden behind a shelf, and other packets were discovered in a storeroom.
