Queens Gardens News owner accuses Hull council of 'double standards' in parking row



A city centre newsagent is crying foul after the council fined him for parking illegally, despite his claims that binmen are doing the same outside his shop.
Chakib El-hamani, who runs Queens Gardens News in Alfred Gelder Street, says that ongoing regeneration works around his store stopped him from parking where he normally would to unload stock.
