Pub raiders who stole £30k car and £8k of booze are jailed for over seven years
 

Two raiders who took a £30,000 car and £8,000 worth of alcohol from a Teesside pub are behind bars for more than seven years today.
One of the pub burglars Carl Crozier also took part in the invasion of a frail 86-year-old man’s home, in which an intruder brazenly strolled past the shocked pensioner.
Crozier, 31, and Gary Slater, 35, broke into the Three Horseshoes pub in Cowpen Bewley on the night of July 15 to 16.
They stole bottles of alcohol from the bar and storage area - about £8,000 worth - and the keys to a £30,000 SsangYong Rexton SUV parked outside.
