Psychiatric report for teen mugger who says he can't remember his crimes
 

A teen mugger who was caught on CCTV after he’d attacked one man and robbed another has admitted his crimes - but says he has no memory of them.
A judge has now called for a report on the mental state of Ross O’Brien, who committed two street robberies within minutes - leaving his victims terrified.
The 19-year-old who has no previous convictions, handed himself in to police after his photograph was released to the media as the suspect in robbery cases in Middlesbrough town centre.
