Prominent Egyptologist confident UK flights to Sharm el-Sheikh will REOPEN imminently
 

On November 17, 2015, UK airlines ceased operations to Sharm el-Sheikh. 
The move came in response to a terror attack on October 31 last year, when a plane bound for Russia crashed shortly after takeoff. 
But last week Germany became the first to reopen flights to the Egyptian tourist resort mecca. 
Now, one of Egypt’s most prominent figures thinks the UK will follow closely in Germany’s footsteps.
