Professional burglar asked for glass of water to steal cash from 78-year-old woman



A MAN branded a “professional burglar" with an “unenviable" criminal record of ten previous convictions has been jailed for more than four years.
Marred by a history of burglary or attempted burglary charges spanning over more than a decade, Raymond Orr, 34, of no fixed abode, has admitted to stealing a flat screen TV and a handbag when he broke into a Scunthorpe house.
He was sentenced at Grimsby Crown Court for three offences, including the burglary of a home in Cliff Gardens, Scunthorpe, on August 7.
