Prison staff accused of TORTURE after botched execution of Alabama murderer
 

Staff at Alabama’s WC Holman Correctional Facility left convicted murderer Doyle Lee Hamm with more than a dozen puncture marks in his legs and groin before the lethal injection was called off last Thursday, according to his attorney Bernard Harcourt.
Speaking after his client had been examined by a doctor on Sunday, Mr Harcourt said: “This was clearly a botched execution that can only be accurately described as torture.
While Hamm was strapped to the gurney, the IV team had "simultaneously worked on both legs at the same time, probing his flesh and inserting needles”.
