Postponed delays comeback until Dubai Carnival after unbeaten run ends at Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe  

Postponed will not run again until the Dubai Carnival in March after his defeat in Sunday’s Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe.
Both the Breeders’ Cup and the Japan Cup had looked feasible options for the Roger Varian-trained son colt, whose six-race unbeaten run was ended when fifth to Found at Chantilly.
Disappointment was compounded for the Varian team because Postponed had slammed Found by over four lengths when they met in the Coronation Cup at Epsom in June and easily dealt with Arc runner-up Highland Reel in the International Stakes at York in August.
