Popular Lakes cafés have new owners



Two Lake District cafés have been sold through one of the world's leading estate agencies.
Wild Strawberry, in Main Street, Keswick, and Potted Out, in Stock Lane, Grasmere, both have new owners.
Both deals were handled by the Manchester office of Colliers International.
The 62-seat Keswick venue, which is set over two floors, was sold for an undisclosed price to Chris and Emma Bray, who have just moved to Ullswater.
