Poll: should we pay fines for using parent and child bays at Tesco?



Should shops issue to fines to those who park their car in disabled spaces or parent and toddler bays incorrectly?
If you missed the deabte, here's what you need to know:
Grocery giant Tesco, which has three stores in Barrow, has said it will equip staff with smartphone apps to capture evidence of drivers flouting rules.
Staff will take pictures of cars parked in the spaces for people with Blue Badges or children under the age of 12 and send the evidence to a private company, Horizon Parking who will issue a £40 fine.
