Police want to trace this car after pedestrian is seriously injured in hit and run



Police have released a picture of a car they believe was involved in a hit and run incident last night.
A man was left with serious injuries when he was struck by a blue Ford car as he walked along Pen-y-Maes Road in Holywell at 11.30pm (October 6).
Detectives say the driver failed to stop and fled the scene of the collision which took place on the stretch near Bagillt Hall Farm.
It comes just six days after a separate incident in which teenager Liam Simpson was killed after he was struck by a black BMW on Well Hill in the same town on Saturday, September 30.
