Police say 'wrong house' targeted in Mossley Hill street shooting

A road in the Mossley Hill area remained cordoned off this morning after shots were fired at a house.
Officers were called to Rosedale Road at around 8.10pm on Saturday after residents reported hearing loud bangs.
Detectives found damage to the window of a house, consistent with a gun being fired. No-one was injured during the attack.
It is believed the gunman got the wrong house.
Neighbours said police had been at the scene all night and were only allowing residents in and out of the cordoned off area under escort.
