Police 'encouraged' by public response to emotional family appeal and following new leads in hunt for missing teen Scott Diver
 

POLICE investigating the disappearance of Clydebank teenager Scott Diver say they are encouraged by the response to an appeal made by his father Scott and Aunt Sharon in his hometown yesterday.
The just-turned-16 teenager has been missing since September 17 and was last seen at his home in Second Avenue, Clydebank.
Facebook posts asking for help have been shared tens of thousands of times since then, with loved ones staging their own searches and social media appeals.
Yesterday, dad Scott begged for his son to get in touch and let him know he is okay.
