Police bomb disposal unit rush to ongoing incident in Edinburgh and remove 'suspicious items' from unused property
 

Bomb disposal experts have swooped on an ‘ongoing incident’ in the capital.
Police also rushed to deal with the incident at an empty property in the area and closed off local roads.
Officers confirmed the were at the scene in the south of the city on Sighthill Loan, near the Sighthill Bowling Club from around 7.45pm on Wednesday evening.
Calder Road was closed in both directions.
The bomb squad discovered what are being described as 'suspicious items' and removed them.
