Police appeal launched after cyclist punches dog walker in the face

A dog walker has been punched in the face after challenging a cyclist for riding too close to his pet.
The man in his 40s was walking close to the junction between Lincoln Road and Albany Road, Skegness, around 2.20pm on October 11 when the incident happened.
The cyclist is alleged to have punched the dog walker in the face after an altercation.

He is described as white 6ft 4in tall and of slim build.
He has short brown hair and was wearing a blue tracksuit while riding a small green pushbike.
