Police appeal after man sexually assaulted several women in Manchester city centre
 

A man sexually assaulted several women within an hour in Manchester city centre on Friday afternoon.
About 10 women reported being attacked between 1.55pm and 2.50pm, on Deansgate, St John’s Street, Byron Street, Peter Street and Deansgate Locks .
The offender was described by police as a muscular black man with short black hair, wearing a grey hoody and black jeans and carrying a black jacket.
Detectives are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the assaults, or a man fitting the description above, to contact police.
