Plans to slow traffic where Hucknall 11-year-old was knocked down
 

Safety measures could be introduced on a road where an 11-year-old boy was critically injured.
Plans have been revealed to construct 'flat-topped' speed humps along Nabbs Lane in Hucknall, at a cost of £40,000 to Nottinghamshire County Council.
The authority's Transport and Highways Committee will meet to discuss the plans on Thursday.
Last year, nearby residents rushed to the aid of an 11-year-old boy who was injured following a collision with a car on Nabbs Lane. They lifted the vehicle off his body.
