Plans to demolish part of a pub to make way for Co-op store set to go before councillors

An application to convert a former pub into a new Co-operative food store is set to go before planners.
The Mowbray Arms, Epworth , site could partially make way for the new store while retaining part of the public house under plans lodged by the Co-op.
Now, the application will be going before North Lincolnshire Council's planning committee after being called in on a matter of significant public interest.
Under the plans, part of the pub would be demolished to make way for the retail site and extensions and alterations would be made.
