Plans to build a new home in Repton have been refused by councillors as the latest planning applications have been decided by South Derbyshire District Council.
122 Main Street, Repton - the erection of a detached dwelling – refused.
16 Bretby Lane, Bretby - the erection of extensions – approved.
5 High Street, Swadlincote - the replacement of three ground floor window adverts to the east – approved.
Penn Side, Penn Lane, Melbourne - the felling and pruning of trees - approved.
Slade House, Rose Lane, Ticknall - the felling and pruning of trees – approved.
