Plans for M&S Foodhall unanimously approved



A new M&S Foodhall will open in Lincoln after plans were unanimously approved.
The development, which will create 300 jobs, was given the green light by members of the City of Lincoln Council last night.
The two-storey unit will be constructed in an empty space next to the Downtown unit at the Moorland Centre retail park, off Tritton Road.

The building will have a ground floor measuring 11,000 sq ft, with a 4,920 sq ft mezzanine on the first floor.
