Plans for 30 new homes in 'hot water' project at Old Clee are resubmitted



PLANS to build 30 homes as part of a "hot water" housing project in Old Clee have been resubmitted.
The plans also detail the construction of three communal greenhouses with associated landscaping, access and drilling for geothermal heating on land at Church Lane.
As reported, Grimsby businessman Charles Ranby-Gorwood told the Grimsby Telegraph in September last year that he planned to appeal against North East Lincolnshire Council's decision to turn down his initial application.
