Plan to turn Barmouth toilet shut for 19 years into house set to be approved today
 

Plans to turn a former eyesore public toilet block into a home look set to be approved today.
Dyfi Architecture have applied for planning permission to change the building at Marine Parade in Barmouth , Gwynedd into a one-bedroom property.
There has to be a discussion as three or more objections have been submitted, contrary to the planning officers recommendation.
The applicants, who are acting on behalf of a couple from the Oldham area, say the current block has the added bonus of already being connected to the waste and water main.
