Pinsent Masons appointed to carry out independent review of committee that oversees Musselburgh racecourse



Legal firm Pinsent Masons has been appointed to carry out an independent review of the governance of the committee that oversees the running of Musselburgh racecourse.
The track is currently operating on a temporary licence until December 31 after a number of clashes between members of the Musselburgh Joint Racing Committee, which comprises of four representatives from East Lothian Council and three from the Lothian Racing Syndicate.
