St Luke’s was a hospital familiar to many.
A well-known psychiatric hospital on a prominent route into Middlesbrough, staff there treated thousands of patients from when it was first built between 1893 and 1898.
It was finally demolished in 2010 and the impressive Roseberry Park now stands proudly in its place.

Now a photographer has claimed he had a rather unusual reason for deciding to snap these intriguing flashback pictures of the site in 2010.
