Phone records 'heavily implicate' man in murder of Lewis Dunne, jury hears
 

A lawyer today suggested that phone records “heavily implicate” one of the men accused of murdering Lewis Dunne.
Jake Culshaw, 25, claims his co-defendant John Martin, also 25, shot 16-year-old Lewis in the back by the Leeds-Liverpool canal in Eldonian Village, on November 15 last year.
But lawyers representing John Martin suggested Culshaw was the only defendant known to be at the scene.
