Performing arts school offers reassurance to parents after director is jailed



BOSSES at a Scunthorpe performing arts school have assured parents and the public that they will continue to be vigilant after a volunteer at the centre was jailed for causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
The reassurance comes after Mark Hope, 35, of Barlings Avenue, Scunthorpe, admitted swapping messages with the child through social media, sending the child indecent images of himself and asking the child to do the same.
