Pentonville inmate death no massive surprise, says Prison Governors Association



The Prison Governors Association (PGA) has renewed calls for a public inquiry into the state of jails in England and Wales following the death of an inmate.
The union said Government cuts to staff and resources meant the "tragedy" at Pentonville prison in north London was "no massive surprise".
Two inmates remain in critical condition in hospital, while murder probe police have arrested two prisoners over the attack.
