Pedro Caixinha insists Rangers fans have barely seen Carlos Pena operating at half capacity.
And the Ibrox boss reckons his Mexican playmaker has borne the brunt of the vitriol because he’s not Scottish.
In a week that has seen the under-fire Portuguese coach jettison his most senior Scot from the squad to play in the under-20s, Caixinha claims it’s unfair the likes of Ryan Jack and Graham Dorrans have escaped the fierce criticism, 
particularly of his fitness, suffered by their fellow midfielder.
