Party time as flood-hit Carlisle woman returns home for second time
 

The furniture and belongings piled up in skips outside flood-hit homes on Warwick Road in Carlisle formed one of the most striking images of the aftermath of Storm Desmond.
This part of the city was at the heart of all the heartbreak and upheaval visited upon thousands in the dark days of December.
But people have been steadily moving back in recent days, weeks and months as they try to put their lives back in order - many of them for the second time.
