Part of Derby's Victory Road set to close for more than a year for work on Rolls-Royce campus
 

Part of a main Derby road is set to be closed for more than a year as Rolls-Royce's long-term plans for a new aerospace campus begin to become reality.
The £7 million project will block off part of Victory Road as it is reconfigured around the new complex, with the road due to close next month and a realigned road reopening next year.
The road currently cuts directly through Rolls-Royce's Sinfin site. The engine-maker had proposals for the road realignment and the campus development approved by the city council last year and, at a cabinet meeting this week, councillors stated the contracts... read more
