Parking fine after dad rushed into hospital



A TAMWORTH family are calling on the borough council to show more compassion and waive an issued parking fine after their son forgot to bring his parking permit when his father had been taken to hospital.
Barry Dangerfield rushed to his parents' home, in Townsend House, in Lichfield Street, after hearing his father had had a fall.
Forgetting his parking permit, he parked up outside the house on Friday, September 9, to look after his mother and support her while his father was taken to hospital.
