Parents hit out at 'disgusting' plan to show children's birth certificates before binmen will collect dirty nappies
 

Parents in Manchester have criticised a council's plan to refuse to collect dirty nappies from children over three.
According to town hall chiefs in Anglesey, waste management teams have 'evidence that most children are potty trained between ages of two and three'.
Now the council says people must show their children's birth certificates if they want to continue receiving the fortnightly nappy collection service.
