Paramotor venture on hold until 2019



A man planning to become the first person to fly the coast of Great Britain by paramotor, has rescheduled his challenge until next year.
Robert Westbrook will be dropping into Spalding when he does the expedition in aid of Cancer Research UK, a cause close to his heart.
He was hoping to set off this summer, but is learning to fly a paramotor from scratch and is still completing training.
Robert said: “Training is going well. I’ve done four flights already.
“I need to do another 21 or so before I’m signed off. The challenge is still on but it looks like 2019.”
