Paralysed biker reveals Great North Run dream as he heads to Thailand for treatment

A man determined to walk again after he was paralysed in a motorbike crash is set to take the next step in his journey.
Andrew Bell will travel to Thailand for months of intensive physiotherapy after friends and family rallied to fundraise for the treatment.
