Owner of League Two football club handed massive fine
 

A company's rule breach means the Retford-based owner of Mansfield Town FC will have to stump up nearly £500,000 in fines.
John Radford, who lives in Barnby Moor, was fined after his insurance business breached rules surrounding the handling of client money.
He will have to fork out £468,000 after a decision by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), while his company One Call Insurance was fined £684,000.
The FCA has also imposed a restriction barring the car, van and home insurance broker from charging renewal fees to customers for 121 days in a move expected to cost the firm about £4.6m.... read more
