Owen Farrell provided Eddie Jones with some overdue good news as the England three-quarter produced a high-class display on his return from injury.
Farrell, playing his first game of the season following a frustrating hip and back problem which threatened his participation in England’s autumn internationals, was thrown in at deep end by Saracens director of rugby Mark McCall and repaid his faith in superb fashion.
