OPINION POLL: New law means our Soldiers will be tried by military law not EU human rights law. Do you think this is a good idea?

The new law will mean our British soldiers are not held to the civilian laws of the EU Court of Human Rights, instead they will be tried by military authorities using the Laws of Armed Conflict. Do you agree with this?
In a report for the Daily Mail, veteran COLONEL RICHARD KEMP, referred to the new laws as a victory, saying: "This spells an end to malicious, disruptive legal investigations into the behaviour of British troops on the battlefield."
